These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, applications, and other products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by META (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (“Votars”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements or guidelines.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Votars provides a platform that enables users to transcribe, translate, and manage voice conversations into text. Our Services are available through various subscription plans, each offering different features and levels of access.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connectivity to access and use our Services. We may modify or discontinue certain features at any time, with or without notice.
To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.
We offer subscription plans with monthly or annual billing options. Users must choose their preferred billing cycle during registration. Each plan includes different features, as outlined on our Plan Comparison Page.
By subscribing to our Services, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis—either monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. The charges will be processed at the start of each billing cycle.
Certain features or services may be billed based on usage. These add-ons will incur additional fees, which will be charged monthly along with your regular subscription fees.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees and charges for usage-based services. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you do not agree with the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to your use of the Services.
If payment is not received by the due date, we will suspend your access to the Services until full payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
You agree not to:
Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services.
Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Services.
Use automated means, such as bots, to access the Services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, transmit, or share through the Services. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to any content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other applicable laws.
We reserve the right to investigate any violations of these Terms and take appropriate legal action. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activities.
We strive to ensure that the Services are available at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available 24/7. Access to the Services may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may add or remove features, functionalities, or content as we see fit. Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you are in breach of these Terms or if the Services are discontinued. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
All content, features, and functionality available through the Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof—are the exclusive property of Votars or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to resell the Services, use the Services for commercial purposes without our consent, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Services without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Services are entirely voluntary. We are free to use such feedback, suggestions, or ideas without any compensation or obligation to you.
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your information and have implemented industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

All payments made for subscription fees and usage-based services are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to both monthly and annual billing cycles. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, even if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the paid period, but no further charges will be applied.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Votars and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Services.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Votars, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
Your use of and access to the Services;
Your violation of any term of these Terms;
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights.
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.
These Terms and any disputes related to the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitration will take place in Singapore, and the proceedings will be conducted in English.
You agree to resolve any disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Votars regarding your use of the Services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of rights must be in writing to be effective.
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at our discretion without restriction.
We will not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
